CURRENT MANAGEMENT PROJECT


Scarabworks principal, Jeff Austin is the Independent Chairman of The National Great Artesian Basin Co-ordinating Committee. This committee meets three times each year alternating at sites in Queensland, NSW, South Australia and the Northern Territory. Deliberations are focussing on cross border issues between the four States involved.



The NSW Catchment Management Authorities have developed their Investment Strategies. Their success will depend on suitable partnership arrangements and landholders active participation.


A partnership with Local Government in NSW and State and Federal Government is advancing emergency risk management (ERM) for both natural and man made disasters under Commonwealth of Australian Governments (COAG) funding a new approach to the ERM process.
